Baked eggs with cream and cheese
4 tbs sour cream
salt and freshly ground pepper
4 tbs grated cheese
toast to serve
Butter 4 small ramekins dishes and break an egg into each. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon a tbs of sour cream over each egg, and sprinkle with cheese ( you could also add a sprinkle of chives). Bake in a preheated oven (180c) for 10 minutes, or until whites are firm and yolks still a little runny.
